Hello everyone! My name is Brittney McCasland and I am a Certified Registered Nurse Injector. I am also a mama to an 8 year old little boy that I am obsessed with as all of you who know me have heard. In 2019, I married the love of my life and completed the missing link to our family and gained 2 amazing step-children! I started my Aesthetics career at the very beginning of my Nursing career in 2010. As soon as I passed my state board test, I started working at a small Med Spa in San Diego, Ca. It was then, in 2010, that I received my Neurotoxin, Dermal Filler, Laser and Skin Care Certifications. I have been practicing in the industry since then, 12 years now!
Following my first Aesthetics job, I started working at LaserAway, where I was there from 2011-2018. During my time there I was a Regional Trainer where I trained the incoming nurses, first on laser then injectables. I truly loved it! When I decided to relocate to Arizona in 2018, I decided to look at a slightly different position. While visiting my boyfriend, now husband, I decided to apply to a few Nurse Injector positions in Arizona. Within a few days I had 3 interviews, received 3 offers and decided to make Vivid Skin and Laser Center in Chandler, Arizona my new “home”. From 2018-2022 I worked at this small, yet very busy med spa where I encountered just about everything! Would you believe I had only dissolved filler one time in my career before coming to Arizona! That is insane to me- thinking back. I can’t begin to guess how many vials I have injected now, haha. In the beginning of this year, I joined a fellow co-worker at a new Med Spa in Gilbert. While the space is beautiful and everyone is amazing, I have just decided that extra commute really adds up. I am so thrilled to be a Portrait partner gaining the ability to offer additional services and increased availability!!
I have a true obsession for lips! I just love how a perfect set of tastefully injected, symmetrical and natural looking lips can change the whole face. Just as a bad set of lips can distort the entire face. The best injectable is undetectable. Making women feel like their best self in their own skin is why I do what I do! Safety has always been my number one priority and all of my patients know I would never do anything to them I wouldn’t do on myself or my family- because I care about everyone who sits in my chair in the same way. I truly live for making my patients feel confident and it is always my goal to be a safe and welcoming space that all truly love coming to. I strive to leave every client with the experience that they just can’t wait to share with all their friends!

10/10 would recommend to any first timers, or in my case "been a really long timers" for injections. I went to see Brittney for my lip flip (4 units of botox along the top lip line) and it had been about 6.5 years since a needle had even been near my face so I was a little nervous. She was absolutely amazing. The process literally lasted no more than 2 minutes and she spent more time answering my needy questions than she did actually injecting me (I was nervous, ok?!). I love my results, I cannot wait to go back and see her in another few weeks for another session. The other girls on staff were awesome, too. It's such a rough time for everyone with COVID and we are all trying to do our best and they didn't let anything phase them at all and were so welcoming and inviting. This place really is so awesome. It's a drive for me (north Phoenix) but I don't mind it at all knowing I'm going to such an awesome place that takes such good care of their customers.

I have been researching Lip Injections for about a year. I found Vivid on Instagram and I've been watching their page extensively. I knew this was the place I wanted to go. The moment I walked in everyone was so attentive and nice! Brittney the Nurse Injector there was fantastic. This was my first time and I was a little nervous but she put me at ease the entire time. We talked throughout the entire session and I felt like we have been friends forever. I'm also an Aesthetician and Laser Tech so we were chatting about that and it turns out my Instructor Sonja works there now! My lips are freaking fantastic! I came to in on Tuesday just for a consult for my skin and injections. Shannon was the laser tech I spoke with and she came up with a game plan for me to get my skin under control and recommend some fantastic products. She was very understanding and attentive during the consult and I will be returning to get a co2 treatment in a couple weeks! I am really excited for the results. I also met with Brittany, who does injections. We did the consult but didn't have enough time to get injections at that time because she was fully booked. It worked out for her to get my in later that day and she did my lips for me. She was amazing. I had to bring my kids because I couldn't get a sitter and they were incredibly accommodating with them. I was really nervous about how natural my lips would look but I absolutely love them as they just look healthy full and not fake at all. I will absolutely return for more!
